The last time a unit at Villa Delle Rose was sold was in August of 2021 for $4.3 million, or 1,528 square feet per square foot. The apartment had 2,820 square feet of living space. Selling a 2,809 sq ft unit in November 2020 for $4.2 million ($1,495 psf) was the previous transaction.
