On April 26, Singapore Realtors Inc (SRI) will auction off a three-bedroom penthouse in the Spottiswoode Residences. This 2,486-square-foot condo on the 36th floor is listed for $5.38 million, or $2,164 per square foot.
This duplex penthouse’s top level has a roof terrace large enough for a jacuzzi and outdoor decks. There is also a junior master bedroom on this level with its own bathroom and an entrance to the balcony.

The unit’s master bedroom and third bedroom (both with private bathrooms) are located on the ground level. On this level, there is a toilet for guests to use. From the kitchen, you may access the toilet, the bomb shelter, and the little service yard. The majority of the ground floor is taken up by the living and dining room, which has access to a covered balcony. The current lease on the property is set to expire at the end of August, and SRI has announced that it will be sold.

Spottiswoode Residences is a freehold property of the mainboard-listed UOL Group, located at Spottiswoode Park Road in District 2. The construction of the 351 apartments was finished in 2013. Less than 300 meters separate you from the convenient Outram MRT Interchange Station, which connects you to the East-West, North-East, and Thomson-East Coast Lines. Cantonment MRT Station, on the last leg of the Circle Line, will open less than 200 meters away in 2026.
